Telephone Tech Support Representative
We are looking for highly self motivated team members who are capable of working with clients and on-site technicians over the phone to resolve problems and help with installations of our on hold players. You must be a self starter with lot's of disciple. You will have a list of work orders to complete on a daily basis and your productivity is measured by closed tickets.
Applicants must have intermediate computer network experience, be detail-oriented and highly focused with excellent oral & written communication skills. Problem solving skills are a must. A telecommunications / networking background is desired.
Being that this is a telephone support position, you must be able to visualize the problem and communicate the solution in an easy to understand and efficient manner over the telephone. We will provide necessary training related to our industry, however, a technical resolution skill-set is a must.
